As a Showroom Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering best-in-class service by managing daily operations, cultivating client connections, and driving sales in a professional yet welcoming environment.

Sales Roles & Responsibilities:

Showroom Managers lead the in-store team to meet sales targets, motivate staff, and ensure a premium customer experience from start to finish. You’ll oversee stock, merchandising, showroom presentation, and handle sales transactions and queries with efficiency and professionalism. Your key responsibilities include:
• Managing day-to-day showroom operations (presentation, cleanliness, visual merchandising)
• Leading and motivating sales staff, supporting their training and performance reviews
• Providing expert advice on bathroom products, tiles, and ware to customers
• Handling point-of-sale transactions including cash, card, and credit
• Responding rapidly to customer queries regarding products, pricing, delivery, and availability
• Ensuring seamless logistics for showroom deliveries and stock movement
• Conducting team meetings, training sessions, and upskilling

‍Person Specification

Essential:

• 2 - 3 years dealing with bathroom ware and tiles (required)
• Team leadership and self-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Interest and flair in interior design
• Basic IT competence (Word, Excel, stock/order software preferred)
• Full Irish Driving License (preferred)

Desirable:

• Experience with sales, POS, and showroom retail
• Familiarity with scheduling, order management, and CRM software
